In this week’s episode releasing Friday 9/22/23, "Good Kama" Part 1 on DrRideout.com, Kama Sultra finds a Kama Sutra book and is immediately interested in the photos of the book and starts to get turned on. While in the shower she uses the shower head and plays with it.

After the shower she starts to touch herself over her tight pink jump suit, but would like to know more about her body and the book and decides she needs to call her special doctor over to help her explore her body and try some positions from the Kama Sutra book.
